2008.10.17.15.44 police check point "deleted" photo

Patrolman Kyle Haack, Badge Number 384, DOB 1976.04.26 took my license and proof of insurance and started processing it.

I found my registration and got out of my car to bring it back to him. When I got to his car, I took his picture.

He told me to return to my car, which I did. Later, when he approached my car he told me I had to delete the photo I had taken of him, because it was against the law to take a picture of him in his patrol car. We argued briefly and he told me that if I didn't delete the photo, he would need to confiscate my blackberry as "evidence".

I agreed to delete the photo, because I had already accidentally the image to the internet.

Moral of the story? When taking risky photos, upload them quickly.
